Executive Profile

Jose Antony

Global Supply Chain Executive  |  Founder & Principal Consultant, Trinity Solutions LLC

Jose Antony is a global supply chain executive with 18+ years of end-to-end supply chain leadership across planning, sourcing, operations, M&A integration, and digital transformation in multibillion-dollar manufacturing environments. He progressed through senior leadership roles at Valmont Industries — a $4B+ global manufacturer of infrastructure, irrigation, and industrial products — recognized by former CEOs and Group Presidents for delivering strategic outcomes at every stage.

At Valmont, Jose elevated the Middle East supply chain into one of the most efficient and proactive international facilities in the global Valmont organization — before being recruited to U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Omaha to take on larger, more complex supply chain responsibilities. He subsequently led global supply chain operations for Valmont's Solar Tracker business as Senior Director, building the organization from the ground up and enabling $25M+ in project delivery within a year. He was then selected by C-Suite leadership to lead the operations workstream for two international M&A integrations — ConcealFab (USA) and HR Products (Australia).

Jose founded Trinity Solutions LLC in February 2026 to help organizations strengthen end-to-end supply chain performance, modernize planning governance, and responsibly adopt AI — guided by human wisdom and practical operational judgment. He currently leads active advisory engagements and publishes original thought leadership through the Trinity Insights Series.

His practitioner experience spans enterprise ERP and planning platforms including QAD, Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, IFS, Adexa, Kinaxis, and Demand Solutions, along with the Microsoft Power Platform — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Why Trinity Solutions Exists

Most operational transformation initiatives fail not because organizations lack technology — but because strategy, planning, workflows, systems, and decision-making are disconnected.

Many organizations now face increasing pressure to adopt AI rapidly while still dealing with fragmented workflows, manual coordination, inconsistent governance, delayed decisions, and unnecessary operational complexity.

Trinity exists to help leaders navigate that transformation responsibly and effectively. The goal is not technology for its own sake. The goal is to help organizations become leaner, more effective, operationally aligned, AI-enabled, and strategically resilient.

"

AI should simplify processes, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and create leaner organizations — while remaining guided by human wisdom.

— Trinity Solutions Philosophy

Human-Led. AI-Assisted. Wisdom-Driven.

Trinity strongly embraces AI enablement while maintaining that human wisdom, ethics, and leadership accountability must remain central to transformation.

01

Human Leadership First

Technology can accelerate execution. Only human leadership can provide judgment, ethics, accountability, discernment, and strategic direction.

02

AI as Responsible Enablement

AI should simplify work, improve visibility, reduce operational friction, and support faster execution while remaining aligned to organizational purpose and human oversight.

03

Governance Before Automation

Organizations should strengthen process clarity, ownership, workflow discipline, and operational alignment before accelerating automation at scale.

These principles are grounded in our commitment to servant leadership, integrity, and human dignity — values that shape how Trinity engages with every client and every challenge. They are expressed through the WISDOM Framework: the values that define how Trinity thinks, behaves, serves, and grows. Explore our Vision, Purpose & Values →
